| In the Internet era,the security industry is facing major changes due to the introduction of Internet technology.The Internet security cannot be simply defined as handling security business through the Internet.Although the Internet security is a security industry in the essence,it enriches the connotations of market and expands the security market,which connects the security market and industry more closely.The Internet has brought cheap trading costs for the security industry and adopted a more effective big data analysis method.It allows clients to make selections and switches more conveniently.For this reason,the security industry is facing a worse competing pattern.The first competition is the highly homogenized security business that is oriented on brokerage.After the Internet breaks the regional price alliance,it makes the price competition fiercer.Secondly,investors have more diversified choices.In the meantime,it compares the services of several security companies and makes service competition fiercer.Thirdly,a myriad of financial products are generated on the Internet security market,which accelerates the competition between security product designing and sales.Only by knowing their endowments,subdividing the client market,targeting at core clients and making fast responses will traditional-type regional security companies keep marching ahead in the revolution of security market.The research subject of the thesis is Fortune Securities Corporation,which was set up in August 2008.It is the only state-owned holding security company in Hunan and a typical regional security supplier.The company's main operating revenues and profits are generated from business and are influenced by the Internet security.The brokerage is a highly homogenized business,which only faces the competition from peers and the competitiveness of e-commerce and banks.In the background of Internet,how to improve the core business competitiveness of Fortune Securities Corporation's core business and transit core business is of particular importance.The thesis adopts the SWOT analysis to research the status quo of Fortune Securities's core business.It analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of core business and finds out the problems existing in the core business of Fortune Securities.In the meantime,the thesis adopts the Porter's Five-force model to research the influences of Internet on the security industry,explores the development tendency of the industry and finds out the strategies of improving Fortune Securities'competitiveness in core business.The thesis is divided into five chapters.Chapter I is Introduction,which mainly analyzes the background and significance of research,including the basis and methods of domestic and foreign research on competitiveness,Internet securities and the status quo of security brokerage.Lastly,it introduces the research contents and thinking of the thesis.Chapter II analyzes the status quo and problems of core business competitiveness of Fortune Securities.Firstly,it analyzes the current business structure of Fortune Securities Corporation and clarifies the categories of its core business.It then adopts the SWOT analysis to research the opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses of Fortune Securities and find the problems in such things.Chapter III is the research on strategies that improve the core business competitiveness of Fortune Securities.Through the Porter's Five-force model,this chapter researches the development of business in the industry and explores the strategies of improving Fortune Securities' competitiveness in core business.Chapter IV is about the implementation and guarantee of such strategies.Relevant security measures are necessary to effectively implement such strategies,including technical support,team construction and human power guarantee.Chapter V is the conclusion,which draws the conclusion through arrangement,summarization and induction. |
