Private equity funds are established as a form of funds raised by a small number of investors in a private manner,its development is swift and violent In recent years,and it's more targeted,easier to style,and better incentives than Public offering fund.At the end of October 2016,the total size of China's private equity funds exceed the public funds for the first time by 390 billion yuan,and,this is only the beginning.Later,the size of private equity funds may exceed the public funds for a long time.The newly revised?People's Republic of China securities investment fund act?brings private equity funds into the scope of supervision and puts forward relevant information about private equity investment funds,Including fund size,net unit value,the number of investors,etc.,should be regularly updated.With the?non banking financial institutions to carry out the securities investment fund custodian business Interim Provisions?issued,brokers officially entered the private equity fund stage.Fund valuation is the core function of the hosting business,so how to improve the quality of asset evaluation of securities investment private fund,has become a private equity fund managers,custodians,investors are very concerned about the problem.The article first introduces the relevant knowledge of private equity funds and private equity investment funds,and analyzes the F securities companies as well as the valuation principles,methods and status of private equity funds,the following three questions are discussed about the valuation of private securities investment funds in F securities company:Firstly,it is difficult for private fund managers and custodians to maintain their independence when investing in valuations;Second,there is no clear method for valuing special securities;Third,the valuation information has not been fully disclosed.And further put forward some countermeasures to solve the problem,hoping to help the valuation of F securities private fund.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:It is proposed that the regulatory authorities improve and strengthen the supervision of' the valuation of private equity funds,and build an effective and reasonable regulatory system for private equity valuation;Securities companies are advised to strengthen their internal valuation base and establish effective isolation mechanisms to ensure the quality of private equity valuations;Focus on private equity fund valuation practice research,the actual data were analyzed respectively by various valuation methods to discuss its reliability,suitable for all kinds of valuation methods of private securities investment fund special securities;To improve and strengthen the information disclosure of private equity funds,to provide the managers and custodians with objective,truthful and reliable information to the greatest extent.
