Research Of The CRRC's“Going Out”Location Choice

Recently,the domestic market is becoming saturating and the overseas market is competitive,so that it is necessary for the rail vehicle equipment manufacturing industry of our country "going out".When the rail vehicle equipment manufacturing industry of our country "going out",some strategies of our government's is helpful,such as the "one belt and one road "strategy,"going out" strategy and also the "Made in China 2025" plan.So that,the rail vehicle equipment manufacturing industry of our country "going out" not only responding to the national strategy,it is also a trending.But in the process of our rail vehicle equipment manufacturing industry“going out",not all of the items are successful.Some projects in the countries which have poor investment situation is unsuccessful.Different investment situation make different influence for our rail vehicle equipment manufacturing industry "going in".So that picking the right country or area before the rail vehicle equipment manufacturing industry "going out" is necessary.China Railway Rolling stock Corporation(CRRC)is the biggest rail vehicle equipment manufacturing corporation in our China and it is representative.So that,in this paper I use the CRRC as a case,using factor analysis method to analysis its location choice,in order to make some suggestion for the national rail vehicle equipment manufacturing corporation and industry.Firstly,I compiled some domestic and overseas literature review on the location choice of Internationalized Management of Enterprises,laid the theoretical foundation for the writing of this article.Second,I analyzed the factors which influence the location choice of CRRC's "going out" from two aspects,one from the invest country and one from the host country.Next,I analyzed the current situation of CRRC's "going out" location choice,choosing the main countries from main business level and the main project level,in order to make preparation for the demonstration part of this paper.Then,I used the factor analysis method to analysis the CRRC's "going out" location choice.Twelve indicators this method use were subdivided from the economical factors,political and legal factors,distance factor,bilateral relations,natural factors,infrastructure factors and competing factors of the target countries.At last,according to the result of demonstration part,I put forward some suggestion for the CRRC's "going out" location choice and give some revelation for the national rail vehicle equipment manufacturing corporation and industry.
