XY Pharmaceutical Drug Quality Management Construction Research Based On The Perspective Of Customer Satisfaction

At present,China’s pharmaceutical industry has entered a period of transformation and upgrading of the whole,plus the implementation of the new version of GSP,increased supervision and inspection of the operation of enterprises,strengthen the ability to monitor and trace the product.With the increase of the intensity of medical supervision,the improvement of the frequency of GSP examination,it is bound to cause the continuous rise of the pharmaceutical companies to maintain quality costs,have to face the increasing pressure.XY pharmaceutical Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group as a Limited by Share Ltd owned large municipal pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises,facing the GSP assessment and construction tasks,is a pressing matter of the moment through the survey found that the current problems and to deep,and then put forward the improvement measures and suggestions.This paper takes XY pharmaceutical enterprise background,from the perception of consumer satisfaction,dictionary from the pharmaceutical quality management system construction,combination of medical quality management theory,quality management system construction theory and the theory of customer satisfaction,the existing in the pharmaceutical quality management system construction XY medical problems were sorted and analyzed,finding out problems transport services in the supply of drugs,sales,service.So as to make an investigation on the evaluation system of XY pharmaceutical quality management evaluation system,research methods,object and time,reliability and validity analysis,customer satisfaction analysis and other factors.On the basis of empirical research,this study put forward the improvement principles,ideas,steps and measures for the improvement of the XY medicine in the construction of the drug management system.After one year of implementation of the system,to enhance the quality of staff awareness,develop management ideas and management standardization,procedures,systems,and so on have an important role in promoting.The conclusion of this paper is:the current quality management of XY pharmaceutical has formed a system,but the new version of GSP requirements and gaps and problems;after we establish and improve the quality of risk management,establish and improve the enterprise internal audit,formulated the "construction project quality management system to improve the quality of internal audit risk,to improve customer satisfaction".From the quality,risk control,and effectively organize and carry out internal audit,and full participation in the three aspects of quality system builders to improve;methods and measures for developing the drug quality management system construction and improvement from the perspective of customer satisfaction.The results show that the proposed measures in the drug supply,sales staff services,transport services,customer satisfaction has improved significantly,but the promotion of after-sales service is not obvious.
