Study On Sustainable Innovation Capability Of Innovative Enterprises

Building an innovative country is a strategic choice for the future of our country.With the proposed target of building an innovative country,innovative enterprises gradually emerge.In recent years,innovative enterprises have achieved rapid development and made an outstanding contribution to the national economy,playing an increasingly important role in the international competition.But compared with those of the developed countries,innovative enterprises in our country have many deficiencies,such as weak innovation capability,inadequate mechanisms,discontinuous innovation,restricting the healthy development of innovative enterprises.Researching on sustainable innovation capability of innovative enterprises has become a priority.By increasing the sustainable innovation capability of innovative enterprises,our country can enhance the overall strength of innovative enterprises and obtain sustainable competitive advantages to promote more enterprises to participating in sustainable innovation activities and achieving the goal of building an innovative country.Based on previous studies of innovation,the concept and characteristics of innovative enterprises have been summarized in this paper,so does the concept and characteristics of sustainable innovation capability of innovative enterprises.The development of innovative enterprises and main disadvantages of sustainable innovation capability of innovative enterprises in our country have been concluded through analysis and comments of sustainable innovation capability of innovative enterprises in advanced countries.The factors affecting sustainable innovation capability of innovative enterprises have been described.Base on this,the formation mechanism of sustainable innovation capability of innovative enterprises has been studied.Then the paper constructs the evaluation index system of sustainable innovation capability of innovative enterprises and uses entropy method and TOPSIS method to evaluate the system.At last,the paper puts forward countermeasures in order to improve sustainable innovation capability of innovative enterprises.
