| In recent years,urban resident and leisure time has raised the level of the rural tourism,because of it has the feature of returning back to the natural ecology,voluntary organization and sharing with families,more and more people get the favor of the rural tourism,and the destinations are booming now.How to reasonably define the deep relationship among the rural tourists,local residents of government and the tourist enterprises have become the important task for the sustainable development of rural tourism,and the combination of stakeholder theory and game theory is the important way to solve this problem.The whole thesis consists of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.Based on domestic and foreign research for the development of tourism stakeholders and game theory,this paper discusses the concepts of rural tourism stakeholders and game theory.Recent research shows that rural tourism stakeholders can be divided into core stakeholders and non-core stakeholders,core stakeholders including government,tourists,tourism enterprises and local residents.Subsequently,the paper analyzes the four interests and reveals their respective interests and conflicts.This paper mainly analyzes five relations among the interest subjects,each of them is between the government and the local residents,tourism enterprises and residents,local government and tourism companies,local residents and tourists,tourism enterprises and tourists,Then the paper based on the ancient villages of Shenao,Tonglu county,Zhejiang province as an example,research the general situation of ancient village,including the protection and development of villages,analyzes the problems in the local tourism development and protection of ancient villages.Due to the changes of local residents’ lifestyle and concept,the reconstruction of the unreasonable behavior leads to many traditional dwelling houses falling to pieces,and combined with the ancient village center offshoring and young people go to cities,only old people and children staying in the villages.Maintaining the traditional style of the original ancient villages truly become the important topic of protection and development of tourism.Then the article researches the impact on the local tourism development of the local residents and tourists,analysis the impact on the development of ancient village of tourism perception and satisfaction results of local residents and tourists and the conflicts among various stakeholders.Finally,it concludes that the strategy of sustainable and healthy development of ancient village tourism.The study of this article helps further research of the definition of rural tourism about stakeholder and game theory,and helps the establish and improve the interests of participation mechanism and realize the win-win interests and provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development of the village tourism.The research of this paper is referent to both theoretical researchers and government departments. |
