Comprehensive Research On The Development Level Of Regional Logistics In Liaoning

Regional economic exchanges and cooperation have become a very common economic phenomenon.Regional logistics,capital flow,information flow,business flow and continuous flow,make the logistics activities more and more frequent.In the competition between regions,the regional logistics has become a key link,which is accelerating the rapid development of regional economy.Based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic and international logistics research,this paper takes the regional logistics development of Liaoning Province as the research object.The status of regional logistics and regional economic development in Liaoning province and the existing problems are analyzed in detail.Selecting 3 first level evaluation indexes and 20 secondary indexes,a projection pursuit dynamic cluster model is built based on particle swarm optimization.MATLAB program is compiled to resolve this problem using collected related data of Liaoning Province.The comprehensive logistics development level of 14 cities in Liaoning province is divided into 3 categories.According to the classification results and the location of the cities,three cities:Shenyang,Dalian and Jinzhou is selected as regional central cities,which divide 14 cities in Liaoning into 2 logistics areas.Using a modified gravity model,the extent of relativity and membership degree of regional logistics development are calculated between the remaining 12 cities and 2 logistics areas.Based on membership degree,the membership of the remaining 12 cities are ranking.The final result is:as the center of the Regional Logistics,Shenyang is covering Fushun,Benxi,Tieling,Liaoyang,Huludao,Chaoyang.Panjin,Jinzhou,Fuxin;Dalian is covering Yingkou,Anshan,Dandong.Liaoyang,Anshan,Panjin,Benxi are in the intersection of two regions,that is,in the case of a clear region,their location has a certain ambiguity,belonging to the convergence area.And on this basis,analyze the development of the regional internal integrity and advantages,external development coordination and complementarity.
