Benefit from the rapid growth of the mobile intelligent device and mature mobile intelligent software technology,the E-commerce logistics' volume of business increased year by year,but at the same time this industry has a high rate of complaint and low rank of customer satisfaction.Aiming at this problem,this paper put forward a viewpoint that the perceptibility of IoT(Internet of things)has a positive effect on E-commerce logistics customer satisfaction.Through researching into this viewpoint,it may find out the way and method to enhance the customer satisfaction.Firstly,this paper analysis the explanation of perceptibility from the perspective of semantics and compare the hierarchy architecture of IoT and the nervous system.Based on these statement,it make sure that perceptibility of IoT is a life-like characteristic and this characteristic reflect the ability of IoT that can makes IoT itself gather and transmit information of perception to from cognition.Next,by combing the literature about satisfaction and logistics service quality,we drew a conclusion that E-commerce logistics customer satisfaction depend on its service quality which reflect as 7 dimension(timeliness,accuracy,condition,discrepancy,information,contact,convenience).According to the theory above,the paper discussed how the perceptibility of IoT optimize the E-commerce logistics service procedure.Due to this optimization,the perceptibility of IoT has a positive effect on E-commerce logistics service quality.On the basis of all the inference,we depicted and explained the mechanism of the effect from perceptibility of IoT on E-commerce logistics customer satisfaction.Besides,we also propose a hypothesis in the light of that mechanism.By using the questionnaire research method and data analysis,we test the authenticity of all hypothesis.In the last chapter of this paper,we drew a conclusion according to the result of authenticity test and this conclusion bring the enlightenment for E-commerce logistics and IoT industry.Although,this research has the limitation and weak point,this chapter point out and provide the method to improve.
