The Application Of Earned Value Method In The Secondary Operation Of XJ Construction Enterprises

As China's building market is becoming more and more standardized,construction enterprises are required to improve their management level.The secondary management is an important link of the construction enterprise.The level of the secondary management directly determines the profit rate of the construction enterprises.But at present,there are not enough attention to the secondary management and the secondary management level is not enough.This paper puts forward that the secondary management is the process management of cost effective conversion into income in time,and its goal is to gain profit.Taking XJ construction enterprises as an example,through collecting data from XJ construction enterprises in recent five years,qualitative and quantitative analysis shows that the secondary management of XJ construction enterprises are not ideal,and there are many problems such as long settling time,low profit rate and insufficient control of enterprise process.Earned value method as the method of project target control,through the parameter index to carry out process control,wide application and suitable for the secondary management.The "earned value method" is applied to the two phase of operation,combining the parameters of earned value method and secondary management data,thus obtains the index calculation method,formulate corrective measures,improve the implementation of the two operating profit rate,shorten the settlement time and strengthen the business process control.Finally,the earned value method is applied to the XJ construction enterprise for a project example,to research on the application of the case concluded,to provide some experience and methods for the XJ construction enterprise and similar project earned value method in the secondary management,help to improve the management level of enterprises.
