In recent years,agricultural leading enterprises as an important agricultural industrialization organization,has become an important link between the small farmers and big market,an important carrier of the transformation of the mode of agricultural operation organization and an important force to promote rural development,agricultural efficiency and farmers' income.As enterprises which closely related with people's lives,agricultural enterprises have a duty to fulfill their social responsibilities.But on the present in our country,agricultural enterprises are lack to fulfill their social responsibility,therefore,strengthen the leading agricultural enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility consciousness and promote the fulfillment of social responsibility behavior have the vital significance to the country.On this background,I take the agricultural leading enterprises as subjects in the study,try to explore the driving factors of the leading agricultural enterprises to fulfill social responsibility.At the same time,analysis the corporate social responsibility behavior and the relationship between enterprise performances are expected to help the state and society to develop a more reasonable driving mechanism to supervise agricultural enterprises implement social responsibility.In this paper,the three provincial agricultural leading enterprises in Huaian County of Siyang province were selected to carry out pre investigation,and the reliability of the questionnaire was tested by the form of case analysis.Then 150 questionnaires were distributed to the agricultural products trade fair in Jiangsu,and 106 valid questionnaires were obtained,they are the main data source of the study.Then,I use SPSS19.0 and PLS statistical software to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the correlation analysis,factor analysis and structural equation analysis.Based on the conclusion,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: 1.Deepen the propaganda of corporate social responsibility.2.Strengthen the training of senior management of the enterprise.3.Increase the incentive for corporate social responsibility behavior.
