Energy and the environment effect and influence each other in the social economic development process.Economic development can not be separated from energy,and the use of traditional fossil fuels will pollute the environment.Based on the analysis of the environmental carrying capacity of Liaoning Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the energy consumption structure of Liaoning Province.Firstly,this paper analyzes the present situation of environmental carrying capacity and energy consumption in Liaoning province.The environmental carrying capacity of Liaoning province is calculated by calculating the comprehensive carrying capacity of Liaoning province.From various aspects of the consumption of energy in Liaoning Province,the energy consumption structure in Liaoning province is still using the traditional fossil energy as the main part,the development of new energy and clean energy use is obviously insufficient,need to optimize the energy consumption structure is not reasonable at present.This paper selects three important indicators in the air particulate matter,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen dioxide,and their correlation coefficient between the amount of each component of the energy consumption structure in Liaoning Province,factors of consumption and makes a correlation analysis respectively.It is concluded that there is a strong correlation between coal and oil and the factors that affect the quality of the environment.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the proportion of coal and oil in the energy consumption structure,vigorously develop and promote.the use of clean energy and new energy,optimize the structure of energy consumption in Liaoning province.Prediction of energy consumption structure of Liaoning province in 2016-2020 by using grey prediction and Markov chain combination forecasting model.It can be concluded that the proportion of natural gas,nuclear power,nuclear power and other energy sources in Liaoning province has increased slightly,but the proportion of coal and oil is still large.In order to forecast the data as a benchmark,in the premise of not affecting the economic development of Liaoning Province,with the minimum total energy consumption and the environment is the premise to determine the optimal objective function of multi-objective programming model,get the energy consumption structure of Liaoning province after optimization.Based on the optimization and the current energy consumption structure,this paper puts forward the strategic goal of reducing the traditional fossil energy,increasing the proportion of new energy and clean energy.By means of the logarithmic mean Di ?index decomposition method,the factors affecting the energy consumption structure of Liaoning province are analyzed,and the factors affecting energy consumption are obtained.Finally,from the new energy and clean energy,adjust the industrial structure,energy management system and laws and regulations,optimize the use of traditional energy,carbon tax and carbon trading and other aspects of energy consumption structure of Liaoning province gives concrete suggestions and optimization scheme.
