Research On Comprehensive Budget Management In Company BF Based On ERP Environment

In the current era of Internet +,information construction is gradually strengthening,more and more management systems are used by the company,in these management systems,ERP system becomes the first choice for today's enterprise management system relying on its powerful program control and data integration capabilities.After more than a century of development and reform,the comprehensive budget management is from simply control and coordinate production activities to plan,control and examine the company's strategic development,occupies the core status in the company's internal management systems.In the ERP environment,continuously improve the comprehensive budget management can help improve the efficiency of the enterprise overall budget management and the effectiveness of management,the digital reform of budget management becomes particularly important.Through reading lots of literature,this article interprets the background,purpose and significance of research,and also introduces the theory meaning and realistic meaning of the thesis topic selection.This article gained certain enlightenment through the research status at home and abroad of the comprehensive budget management under the ERP environment had been discussed,and the literatures at home and abroad had been comprehensively referenced.On the basis of systematically combing the relevant concepts and contents of ERP system and comprehensive budget management,this article farther analysis of the need for comprehensive budget management in the ERP environment and the feasibility of the combination of both.This article selected BF Company as the research object,and found that there are many problems in the preparation,implementation and evaluation of BF Company's comprehensive budget management in the ERP environment.Through studied these defects and shortcomings,analyzed the causes of these problems,combined with the company's operating situation of ERP,this article put forward some pertinence proposal,such as using the business strategy to improve the problem of the gap between budget indicators and strategic,increasing staff training,information system development and upgrading,improving the budget assessment system,etc.,It is hoped that these measures can solve the problems existing in the budget process of BF company and improve the effectiveness of budget management.Choosing BF Company as the specific research object,has certain pertinence,the proposed countermeasures of digital construction can not only improve the comprehensive budget management system of BF Company,and can provide reference for other companies of the group under the digital reform.
