The Case Study Of Special Funds For Environmental Protection

In the past forty years,the economy of China has been developed rapidly because of the reform and openning.However,we couldn't ignore the development of the economy caused by environmental pollution and destruction.If we do not take measures to protect the deteriorating natural environment,resource depletion and environmental pollution will become an important factor restricting our economic development.As an important policy of our country,sustainable development strategy requires us to coordinate the relationship between the human and the nature,and build an environment-friendly society.In recent years,the government has taken a lot of measures,one of which is the establishment of a special fund for environmental protection,and increase the intensity of government allocated.Only the special funds has been used efficiently,can it play its role,so how to ensure environmental protection special funds are used reasonably and efficiently is important,high level audit is an important prerequisite to ensure the efficient use and management of special funds for environmental protection.This paper focuses on how to carry out effective audit of environmental protection funds and improve the relevant audit work.With the help of the previous research results and related theories,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the environmental protection special fund audit,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.And then,based on the audit results of 883 water pollution control projects in the 18 provinces,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the audit of the 883 water pollution control projects,and puts forward some concrete measures and suggestions.
