Research On The Mechanism Of Job Burnout To Compulsive Buying

The staffs in organizations generally face clear job content,long-term repetition of monotonous work will make their attitude passive and negative.Job burnout is becoming common among workers.When individuals are faced with greater stress,they usually take measures to "extract" from them.Compulsive buying allows consumers to temporarily avoid the pain of job burnout,it is an effective "decompression" approach,and a variety of promotional activities make job burners use the way to extract from burnout.Job burnout and compulsive buying have been research hotspot in academia,but few studies have analyzed the relationship between two elements.To explore the internal mechanism between compulsive buying and job burnout is the purpose of this paper.This paper is to make up for the research gap.We have established the research model of the three dimensions of burnout to compulsive buying by summarizing the relevant theory.We use the questionnaire to collect 211 data from all over the country,and use the method of structural equation to verify the hypothesis.The results show that the three dimensions of job burnout obviously effects compulsive buying via the medieval variable depression and materialism.The people with higher level of depression is also with higher level of job burnout;people with high level of depression are more likely to produce materialism;materialism people are more likely to buy than others;depression will directly lead to Compulsive buying.Different groups of people with different gender,age,income and job level also show different characteristics in each path.men is less serious in compulsive buying when construct with women,young people is less serious than the elderly.Then,we give some tips for the one in job burnout,depression,materialism and compulsive buying.We think about the shortcomings of the article.Finally,we look forward to the future research.
