Evaluation Of Farmers' Satisfaction And Its Influencing Factors In Land Consolidation

With the continuous development of China's economy and society and the continuous advancement of new urbanization,the demand for land construction is expanding continuously.How to increase the effective cultivated land area in the process of new urbanization and improve the quality of cultivated land has become a huge challenge for our country.Land consolidation is playing an increasingly important role in increasing the number of cultivated land,improving the quality of cultivated land,ensuring food security.Farmers are the main force of agricultural production,and the ultimate beneficiaries of land comsolidation construction.Its satisfaction directly affects the effectiveness of land comsolidation.Whether the farmers are satisfied with the land comsolidation,the degree of satisfaction,what factors affect the satisfaction.Only through thorough investigation and research can we find out the true attitude of farmers to Iand consolidation,provide suggestions for improving farmers' satisfaction,and promote the healthy development of land consolidation.The paper used many methods such as field survey method and AHP comprehensive evaluation method,the method of multi factors,such as using the ordered Logistic model to improve the farmers satisfaction in land consolidation.4 land consolidation project in Shandong of Feicheng city were as the study area.This paper deeply analised the influence of land consolidation on Farmers' production and life,faemers' satisfaction with village committee work and project implementation,and constructed the evaluation index system.Based on 255 questionnaires,this paper evaluated farmers satisfaction in land consolidation and explored its influencing factors,put forward to suggestion on improving the farmers' satisfaction degree in land consolidation.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Construction the evaluation index system of farmers' satisfaction in land consolidation:Based on the analysis of the impact in production,life,farmers' job satisfaction and project implementation,constructing the evalution index system,including four evaluation factors,such as improvement of living conditions,improvement of production conditions,village committee work and project implementation,12 evaluation factors including increasing farmers income,improving the irrigation,opening the village committee work and meet the project area of the actual degree,etc..(2)Evaluation of farmers satisfaction in land consolidation:Based on the construction of evaluation index system of farmers' satisfaction in land consolidation,APH was used to determine the weight of evaluation factors,and the comprehensive evaluation method of multiple factors was used to evaluate.Evaluation results show that,Farmers in the study area have higher overall satisfaction with the land consolidation projects,and the satisfaction degree is 4.085,The satisfaction in the improvement of living conditions is 4.4407,which is the most satisfaction.And the second is project implementation,4006.The third is improvement the living cinditions,3.9971.The fourth is village committee work,3.5104.In evalution factors,the most satisfaction is the convenience of irrigation and drainage,4.5176;the second is degree of road network,4.3569.Farmers are most dissatisfied with villagers'accepting opinions and feedback,3.3490;respecting farmers willings in project implementation are followed by,3.4706.(3)Influencing factors of farmers' satisfaction in land consolidation:Based on the basic information statistics and research hypothesis surveyed,15 factors influencing farmers'satisfaction were selected from individual characteristics,family characteristics and village characteristics,and the regression analysis was carried out under the SPSS19.0 statistical software platform.The results showed that the 9 factors,such as gender,farmers' benefitdegree and agricultural income proportion,were examined by significance test.Whether it is the proportion of Party members and agricultural income were passed the 1%significant test.the gender,the degree of farmers' benefit,and the quality and ability of cadres were passed the 5%significant tests.Farming area,the proportion of family farming population,neighborhood relations and the relationship between cadres and masses were passed the 10%significant tests.Among the significant influencing factors,except for the negative effect of gender,the other factors were positive.(4)Suggesrtions on improving farmers' satisfaction in land consolidation:According to the evaluation results and influencing factors,this paper put forward some suggestions to improve farmers' satisfaction degree.For example,improving the participation degree of farmers in land consolidation,strengthening supervision and improving the transparency of village work,buildes harmonious neighborhood relationship and relationship between cadres and masses,etc.
