Burnout means a state of physical and mental fatigue and exhaustion under the weight of work.Nowadays,burnout has become an obstacle to many people’s positive behaviors.The phenomenon of employee burnout is expanding in HC TV station recently,and the lack of job passion and enthusiasm has lead a reduction of work efficiency.if this phenomenon could not change,HC TV station will fall behind,for there is a rapid development of internet technology.This empirical research develop a questionnaire survey mathod on burnout of HC TV station employees.Starting with relevant literature review and collecting data and information about burnout of HC TV station by questionnaire-survey,this research explore the structure of employee burnout in HC TV station and their different demographic characteristics on burnout.Further more,we have discuss the impact of burnout on employee attitudes and behaviors.Finally,together with the situation of HC TV station,intervention measures on burnout has been made.We use SPSS 19.0 to analyze the data.The research shows that:1.The burnout of HC TV station has three factor structure:Including emotional exhaustion,dehumanization,and reduction sense of achievement,which is similar to the results of the past research.2.According to the variance analysis and T-test of independent sample,There are significant differences in burnout on employees with different demographic variables.3.The burnout of HC TV station’s employees has effect on their job engagement and turnover intention.burnout has Negative correlation with job engagement while positive correlation with turnover intention.4.Employees’burnout should be changed four levers,including TV station,program group,channel team and individual intervention management,to improve the situation.
