Research On Risk Management Of Internet Supply Chain Finance

At present,the Internet supply chain finance is the focus of the academic attention.The supply chain financial provides a new way to solve the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises.The Internet supply chain financial market is huge,but the risk control problem is the key problems to be solved for develop the Internet financial supply chain.Therefore,this paper has theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,according to the normative analysis and case study,used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study the subject.In the first place,analysis of the Internet financial supply chain models:Electronic order financing,Accounts receivable model,Electronic warehouse financing and Advanced payment mode,including the process,and the difference between it and the traditional supply chain financing mode,on this basis,focused on the analysis of the risk identification of Internet Financial supply chain,including macro risk and the business model of risk points,and then constructed risk assessment model;The next,the DaHan E-Business Co.,Ltd’s as an example,analyses the design of the Internet system of supply chain finance mode and the process of risk,design risk index system;finally,put forward the corresponding improvement suggestion on the lack of Internet financial risk control scheme of supply chain.The main conclusions:(1)The Internet supply chain financial model mainly includes B2B-based electronic order financing mode,accounts receivable financing mode,electronic warehouse receipts financing mode and prepayment financing mode;(2)The Internet supply chain financial model and the corresponding traditional supply chain financing model are obviously different in terms of participation in the main body,financing mode,financing difficulty,financing efficiency and risk supervision;(3)Risk control is the key to the sustainable development of Internet supply chain finance.Fraud risk,operational risk and system risk are the focus of financial risk prevention of Internet supply chain;(4)Internet supply chain financial risks include macro and market risk,systemic risk,fraud risk and credit risk.Internet supply chain financial risk points are mainly reflected in the credit,trading,financing,payment,logistics and repayment and other business segments.fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk of Internet supply chain finance of the DaHan E-Business Co.,Ltd.This study gave a hand to the DaHan E-Business Co.,Ltd of Internet supply chain finance in the risk control scheme,at the same time,also has certain reference value for the other mode of Internet supply chain risk control model.
