Scheme Research About Coate D'ivoire Power Plant Construction Project Financing

As a new type of financing and one of the most effective ways,project financing has been wildly used in the world,especially in large and medium-sized infrastructure project.With the emergence of more financing models,and the constantly updated of financial derivatives,project financing is also bound to globalization and specialization,but the key to explain its rapid development is application must be in the developing countries.It can be see that,the study of the problem about our country's infrastructure projects' overseas project financing about power industry has become an meaningful job at this time.This thesis,firstly based on the review of the domestic and foreign research on project financing present situation,elaborating the related financing theory,and combining with the Coate d'Ivoire power plant construction project by Tianjin Machinery Imp & Exp Corp.,as a case to study and analysis,concretely introduces the Coate d'Ivoire power plant construction project.Then focuses on the current situation of the Coate d'Ivoire power plant construction project financing,consist of the source of funds,financing structure,financing cost,etc.Through the analysis of actual case studies,it is found that there are some problems,such as sponsors single,unbalanced financing structure,simpler guarantee mechanism,few financing models,unclear financing plan,and high project financing risk.Aiming at the ivory coast's power plant construction project,this thesis finally gives strategies,containing the introduction of more sponsors,alleviate the pressure of the single sponsors financing and increase the channels of project financing,optimize financing structure,the introduction of guarantee agencies,optimizing the guarantee mechanism,the flexible use of financing mode,enhance project financing diversification,provide refinancing plan,strengthen the financing risk control.Meanwhile,the study about the Coate d'Ivoire power plant construction project also provides some reference for foreign contracting enterprises in future projects.
