The Study On Management And Control Of Accounting Operation Risk Of County Branch Of Agricultural Development Bank Of Hebei

With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous internal reform of the Agricultural Development Bank of China(ADBC)in recent years,the branch of Hebei has made great progress in the level of accounting management under the leadership of ADBC.Although the total profits of ADBC have improved significantly due to the constant development of new businesses,the level of corresponding accounting management risks has also increased.Since the accounting risk management plays a more and more important role in all kinds of work in ADBC,the risk aversion has become the top priority of current work.In this paper,county branches of Hebei are considered as research objects.According to the problem solving logic involves in discovery,analysis and solution,the paper can be divided into six chapters.The first chapter summaries a brief introduction including research background,objects,methodology and the frame work of this paper.The second chapter provides corresponding theories of accounting operational risk and risk management.The third chapter analyze the current situation.Through the collection and the analysis of manuscripts for accounting and counselling,rectification notices,violation reports and business error notices of county branches of Hebei in recent years,this paper evaluates the current situation and existing problems of accounting operational risk management.The fourth chapter examines the influencing factors of existing problems within county branches of Hebei during operational risk management process.The fifth chapter discusses how to solve the increasing level of accounting operational risk in county branches.Conclusions and the limitations are elaborated in the final chapter.This paper aims to evaluate current problems and provide feasible commendations of improving accounting operational risk management for county branches of ADBC in Hebei.
