CQ heavy precision machinery company is the world's largest manufacturer of hydraulic products leading technology,its products are widely used in machinery industry,especially the global engineering machinery industry walking and marine steering gear,a machine equipment.From the 80 s to the beginning of this century,the global construction machinery from the early development experience of maturity to intelligent modernization period now,the development of construction machinery in the Chinese is a microcosm of the development of global engineering machinery,which has played a pivotal role in the global construction machinery development.As CQ heavy precision machinery companies must also follow the development trend of the industry,always market positioning for hydraulic products and their marketing mode reform and adjustment,and their marketing focus on the China center of Asia and radiation to the global market.In this paper,the domestic and international marketing model,especially in the construction machinery industry,the sales model of hydraulic components of theoretical research and analysis,and for the CQ Heavy Machinery Co.The development track of the research and analysis of depth,combined with the Chinese market for its market to enter from the early Chinese agents as the main marketing mode to the trade company direct diversified marketing model as the main body to organize and summarize,analyze and study the existing problems and the trend of market development oriented and put forward the improvement scheme measures of marketing mode,marketing mode of new industry will directly influence market and development direction in the future for a long period of time of the enterprise.Based on the related concept of product marketing as a guide,by using the related theories of enterprise marketing management and marketing strategy,competitive analysis,CQ heavy Precision Machinery Companies in various stages and different background of marketing mode analysis,and with SWOT and other tools for the analysis of the present situation of the enterprise actual depth.And the marketing mode and puts forward suggestions on improvement scheme.The conclusions of this study not only can be used as a warning and reference for the enterprises themselves,but also can be used as a reference for the development and transformation of the marketing model of the hydraulic parts manufacturing enterprises in the construction machinery industry.
