| Along with the Internet and electronic information technology as the representative of the development and progress of science and technology,the increasingly fierce competition in today’s society,progress of science and technology and information technology means to accept and deal with the information society more and more,in today’s society is not a lack of information but in the state of information explosion,information overload,in this case next,we need to make reasonable processing to extract the information to the value of information.In the era of knowledge economy,enterprises also need to deal with all kinds of complex information technology is important,but cannot do without the support of science and technology talents,human capital is the most important resource for the future of the enterprise,only has a lot of talent,to be able to win in the future.Based on the knowledge workers of the semiconductor industry leader in micro Semiconductor Equipment Co.Ltd.as the research object,discusses the incentive strategy of knowledge employees in high-tech enterprises and the future improvement.Specifically,first of all,this research paper in the theory of motivation research on knowledge workers and enterprises,summarizes the incentive strategy and the way of knowledge workers;second,in-depth analysis of the existing micro semiconductor company to the knowledge employee incentive strategy and incentive system,and summarizes its existence the problems in the incentive system;Third,based on literature review and in-depth interviews in the semiconductor company,find a specific measurement material incentive for knowledge employees in high-tech enterprises and non material incentive,and the measurement method based on the formation of the questionnaire,the empirical analysis found that based on the 202 questionnaires collected in the semiconductor company,in the high-tech enterprise,the incentive policy of knowledge workers can enhance the employees’ occupation satisfaction,but knowledge workers in the micro company on welfare incentive is not sensitive to the high-tech enterprise;knowledge employee incentive strategies on the preference differences in various factors affecting the incentive of knowledge workers.From large to small,the order is the organizational culture motivation,salary incentive,equity incentive,training and development incentive,development incentive and welfareincentive.This shows that the knowledge workers in high-tech industries,economic incentives play an important role but not the most important,so this type of enterprises in the knowledge staff incentive,should pay attention to organizational culture motivation,in the enterprise internal organization to create a good atmosphere,at the same time,the enterprise should pay attention to knowledge workers growth,provide good training for their employees,to motivate these through development,to make the common growth and development of the knowledge staff and the enterprise.This research finally according to the results of empirical analysis on micro semiconductor company knowledge staff incentive system design proposal,that micro semiconductor companies should do the following aspects:(1)the design of reasonable compensation incentive and equity incentive system;(2)to create a good atmosphere of organizational culture within the enterprise,enhance the organizational culture the incentive effect;(3)to provide training and development plans to complete the knowledge staff to promote the growth of knowledge oriented staff;(4)the micro knowledge employees broaden the channels for the promotion,to further improve the rank system.In the end,the limitations of the study and the future research prospect are analyzed. |
