Study On The Impact Of Rural Financial Density On Rural Economic Growth In Jilin Province

In this paper,the finance density in rural areas of Jilin province has carried on the empirical research on the influence of economic growth,using the 39 cities and counties in Jilin province during 2013-2015,and two fixed effect model was established to estimate.This paper totally discussed about four kinds of financial density’s influence on rural economic growth,the results show that there is an inverse U-shaped curve between economic growth and the financial density.At the same time,economic growth has a positive correlation with the geographical financial density and population financial density,but a negative correlation with the economic financial density,which accord with our expectations.According to the results of regression,this paper suggested to increase the number of rural financial institutions in Jilin province,pay attention to financial institutions output efficiency or running efficiency,and gradually reduce the threshold of the loan.At the same time,this paper also found that,among the geographical financial density,the population financial density and the economic financial density,the economic financial density had the greatest influence to economic growth,followed by the geographical financial density,and the population financial density is the last.This paper includes five parts: the first part is the introduction.in this part,we review the existing literature,introduce the significance,contents,methods,innovations and shortcomings of this research.In the second part,we define the concepts and review the theory,describing the background,meaning,calculation formula,and applicability of four kinds of financial density,and qualitatively analyzing their respective effects on rural economic growth.Then we review the relevant theory.The third part introduces current economic and financial situation of the development in Jilin,the paper expounds the basic situation of Jilin province,the rural financial development,and the changes of four kinds of financial density from 1996 to 2015.The fourth part is empirical studies.The fifth part is the conclusions and suggestions.
