Study On Industrial Structure Optimization In Yunnan Nonferrous Metal Industry

In recent years,China's non-ferrous metals industry has experienced a slow down in growth rates,an increase in the trade deficit,and a significant decline in the profits of related companies.Yunnan,as a large non-ferrous metal province,is the first to bear the brunt.The non-ferrous metals industry in Yunnan,including Yunnan Province,has accelerated the pace of industrial restructuring and developed the downstream processing industry,especially the deep processing industry.This article analyzes the optimization measures of industrial structure of non-ferrous metals in Yunnan from the three dimensions of rationalization,high-levelization,and high-efficiency.Through the mining industry and smelting and processing industries from 2000 to 2014,the relationship between related industries was analyzed to rationalize the industrial structure;the advanced industrial structure was analyzed from the aspects of high added value,high degree of intensiveness,and high degree of processing.In addition,the stability of the industrial structure is also analyzed through the entropy method;the efficiency of the industrial structure is analyzed from input and output,and simulations of industrial simulations are performed.The research shows that: 1.The added value of Yunnan's non-ferrous metal industry as a whole shows an upward trend.According to "Yinnan put into production.According to the data from the "Table",it can be concluded that from the perspective of the distribution of interest in the non-ferrous metal industry chain,the added value of the smelting industry accounted for 76.44% of the added value of the ferrous metal industry,followed by the mining industry,which accounted for 16.17% of the added value of the ferrous metal industry.The processing industry accounts for the lowest proportion,accounting for only 7.39%.2.The entropy method calculation results for the Yunnan non-ferrous metals industry show that the orderliness of Yunnan's non-ferrous metals industry fluctuates periodically,and the quality of Yunnan's non-ferrous metals industry is not high.3.The DEA model analyzes the evolution of Yunnan's non-ferrous metals industry's efficiency during the 15 years from 2000 to 2014.It is known that the lower scale efficiency is the main reason affecting the low efficiency of Yunnan's non-ferrous metals industry;the DEA of Yunnan's non-ferrous metals industry is inefficient.4.System Dynamics The simulation and simulation results of the non-ferrous metals industry in Yunnan indicate that,under the current policy,the development of nonferrous metal and metal industries in Yunnan will continue,but at the same time,emissions of pollutants such as three wastes will increase rapidly.Environmental damage will continue to expand,it will endanger the development of industrial economy,affect the quality of industrial development,and reduce the competitiveness of the industry.However,the ability to deal with pollution will become stronger and stronger,and the effect of environmental pollution treatment will become more and more obvious.With the increase in total resource output and reserves,the pressure on resource supply is also increasing.The policy recommendations proposed in this paper are: adjustment of interest distribution relations between mining,smelting,and processing,and the distribution of benefits between non-ferrous metals and related industries;extension of industrial chain,development of high,refined,and sharp directions;advancement of Yunnan Nonferrous Metals Metal industry's scientific and technological progress,technological upgrading,and improved management capabilities.
