Research On IPO Pricing Of Enterprises In Electronic Information Sector

IPO pricing relationship is a very important in the course of corporate finance,it is related to the company to raise funds and the amount of IPO can be carried out smoothly,the company is also listed a very important issue,but also related to the company's ability to optimize the allocation of information plays a fundamental role.In recent years,China's electronic information sector of small and medium enterprises have a trend of rapid development,and the industry is a high risk and high profit,parallel updating a relatively short period of time,need to have a high level of knowledge in order to control the unique features.However,due to the late start and a small number of reasons,there are very few studies on IPO pricing of small and medium-sized enterprises in china.The current theories about IPO pricing include pricing earnings theory,the relative valuation method,discounted cash flow valuation theory,economic theory,value added theory and method of multi factor model theory and so on,they all have advantages,but also have their limitations.In order to explore the influence factors of IPO pricing in enterprises of electronic information industry,this paper makes an empirical analysis of these enterprises.First,using factor analysis to extract the factors that affect the listed electronic information sector enterprise IPO pricing factors,and these factors as independent variables,established the multi factor listed electronic information sector enterprise IPO pricing regression equation.Through the results we found that the growth of such enterprises is the biggest factor affecting their IPO pricing.Based on these studies,we finally give the strategy and suggestion of IPO pricing for enterprises.
