A Research On Technology Innovation Dynamic Capabilities Evolution And Measures Of High-tech Industry In Chinese

High-tech industry is the industry with higher knowledge content and technology demand,consuming less resources,great development potential,good comprehensive benefits.The high-tech industry has become an important force driving and guiding the development of economic and social development in the country and region.Meanwhile,the economic growth of the new model is constantly dominated by scientific and technological innovation,and the core is technical innovation which becomes the core of competition around the world and academic research hotspots.In recent years,China's high tech industry has made remarkable achievements in the field of technological innovation,but still insufficient in the high-tech industry technology innovation ability of dynamic research.The evolution of the High-tech industry technology innovation dynamic capability is still not clear,and failed to form a more mature model of dynamic capability of technological innovation evolution,it cannot explore the evolution of China's High-tech industry technological innovation dynamic capability.Therefore,this article mainly studies on the dynamic capability of China's High-tech industry technology innovation and its ability to improve the countermeasures of dynamic capability of high-tech industry in China.The research of this paper will provide references basis for the development of high-tech industrial technology innovation policy and a clear path for high-tech industry to achieve technological innovation and improve technological innovation capabilityThis article firstly clarifies the relation between technological innovation and industrial evolution from the connotation and characteristics of technological innovation and other elements of theories on technology innovation of carding.It explores the relationship between innovation and dynamic capabilities of technology industry from the connotation of the dynamic capability of the features and elements of dynamic ability theory,and extends the definition of dynamic capabilities to the industry level.Secondly,it analyzes the ability of technological innovation in high-tech industry Chinese dynamic evolution process,constructs classical mechanics model of the evolution of high technology industry technology innovation dynamic capability,Starts from the logical thinking leading dynamic technological innovation ability via three angles including capability span(resource integration capability,update capabilities and core competencies),capability depth(absorption ability,ability of organization learning ability,ability of research and development,manufacturing capacity and innovation ability),life cycle of ability(the ability to build,ability to grow and mature ability),uses High-tech industry technology innovation ability of dynamic evolution model for dimensional analysis,combined with connotation of the three dimensional dynamic model and design assumptions to build China's High-tech industry technology innovation ability of dynamic evolution of three-dimensional dynamic model.Thirdly,it builds China's High-tech industry technology innovation ability of dynamic evolution system dynamics model,to clarify the connotation of system dynamics model,and to determine the system dynamics model of boundary and put forward the basic assumptions on the system dynamics model,through the technological innovation ability of high-tech industry evolution dynamic design diagram and the flow chart of the system causality feedback,constructs the dynamic technological innovation capability of high tech industry evolution model of dynamic system,through the collation of relevant data analysis of the 2000-2016 statistical yearbook China High-tech industry,intends to make quantitative simulation analysis of dynamic evolution of technological innovation capacity of high tech industry in China.Finally,to make study on countermeasures to enhance the dynamic capability of technology innovation of high-tech industry in China,from the perspective of ability scope to propose that promote integration ability,enhance the capacity,enhance core competitiveness,and from the ability to update depth view put forward that promote absorption ability,enhance the learning ability,promote the research and development ability,improve production capacity,and promote innovation ability,put forward policy recommendations to improve the dynamic capability of technological innovation of China's high-tech industry.
