Research On Trade And Investment Facilitation Measures And Diversity Between China And South Korea

With the convening of countries around the world to simplify international trade and investment procedures,economic and trade policies are becoming increasingly transparent,and the level of trade and investment facilitation is increasing.China and South Korea since the signing of the FTA since the two countries bilateral trade and investment relations in-depth upgrade in the practice of cooperation between the two sides to achieve trade and investment needs of the growing demand for more and more.However,China's trade and investment facilitation of the development of late start,which undoubtedly let our country in the bilateral relations in the loss of favorable opportunities.Therefore,we must comprehensively compare the differences between China and South Korea trade and investment facilitation and analyze the reasons,learn from South Korea's experience,accelerate the development of China's trade and investment facilitation.This paper first analyzes the relationship between trade facilitation and investment facilitation,and then clarifies the relationship between the trade facilitation and the investment facilitation index system.In terms of trade facilitation,the paper introduces the two indicators of ETI and OECD in the Global Trade Promotion Report published by the World Economic Forum.As the investment facilitation is different from the mature index system of trade facilitation,From the perspective of the World Bank business environment indicators and macroeconomic perspective that the United States traditional foundation of the economic freedom of the indicators selected to measure the investment convenience indicators to sort out in order to comprehensive.Secondly,this paper uses the ETI and TFI indicators to study the differences in the level of trade facilitation between China and South Korea,and summarizes the differences from market access,infrastructure,border management and so on,and analyzes the causes in detail.Then,the paper analyzes the difference of investment convenience between China and South Korea,and then summarizes the characteristics of investment convenience and the causes of the analysis,taking the business environment index which the enterprise is concerned with and the economic freedom index which reflects the investment environment.Thirdly,this paper compares the trade and investment convenience of the Incheon Free Economic Zone and Tianjin Free Trade Experimental Zone,and makes comprehensive use of the above-mentioned trade and investment facilitation index system,from the regional level To analyze the differences in the level of trade and investment facilitation between China and South Korea.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of trade and investment in China.For the convenience of trade,to deepen international cooperation and strengthen the customs port management construction and reform;for investment facilitation,to establish"SMART" business regulations,to provide protection for enterprise development,strengthen the investment facilitation mechanism capacity-building,to create easy to foreign life Environment and ancillary facilities.
