| China has entered a new era of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and will gradually realize modernization.From the perspective of national development strategy and overall consideration,it is necessary and urgent for us to plan and construct national expressway network as soon as possible in the historical stage of rapid development of Expressway in China.In this study,on the basis of the existing research on Expressway in Sichuan Province,"13th Five-Year" planning for case analysis,to understand the status quo of the development of China’s highway "13th Five-Year" plan,and on this basis,put forward the "13th Five-Year" Sichuan expressway planning experience enlightenment.This research mainly includes five aspects.First,the background and the significance of the research.The research on the topics of the background,research status,research ideas are expounded,and the significance of the study on highway planning.Second,analyze our country highway in 13 th Five-Year when planning the development of the basic and general situation of this study.By using the method of case analysis,to develop the content of Expressway in Sichuan Province,"13th Five-Year" planning,analyzes the compiling process of the development of public management and highway planning of Expressway in Sichuan province.Third,"13th Five-Year" planning line selection,social communication,information using the three key factors of experience as an independent chapter detailed analysis of the fourth.In this study,based on the analysis of three key factors,put forward the Sichuan province highway "13th Five-Year" plan to develop the corresponding enlightenment,respectively: perfect line selection for highway planning concept,pay attention to highway planning of social communication,and make full use of information technology to Expressway Road planning.Fifth,summarize the research results of the full text,and make a prospect for the follow-up research.According to the Sichuan Provincial Department of Transportation Highway in Sichuan province "in 13 th Five-Year" planning as a case study,through its in the process of establishing the concept of public management,especially improve the planning system and the innovation of expressway planning optimization measures: the planning should improve the public respect in public management,sustainabledevelopment and environmental protection evaluation the concept,to maximize the promotion of public interests.Expect to provide certain reference value for other highway planning. |
