In recent years,Person-Organization fit has become a hot topic in the field of organizational behavior and HRM(human resource management).Based on the adjustment function of employee maturity,accommodation effect between organizational support and Person-Organization fit was studied as to help managers to predict employee performance more accurately,to create a new path for employee and organization performance and to provide theoretical support for strengthening employee career management as well.It has great theoretical value and practical significance.This paper absorbs the professional theory of Person-Organization fit,organization support and employee maturity,and uses methods like literature analysis,questionnaire survey and other research methods.Taking WL establishment as research object,a model was constructed showing the impact of factors like job support,value identification,care support on Person-Organization fit.In this paper,we introduce the two variables,the work maturity and psychological relevant theoretical hypotheses.This paper combines the relevant software knowledge of SPSS22.0 and LISREL8.70,through reliability and validity testing,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the hypothesis was established,which means that organization support factors like job support,value identification,care support all have positive impact on Person-Organization fit.For Person-Organization fit,job maturity has positive adjust while psychological maturity has negative adjust.According to the above research conclusions,this paper tries to propose suggestions for improving Person-Organization fit from the viewpoint of the organization as well as the individuals,such as organization should attach importance to positive influence of job support,value identification,care support and improve the staffs job performance.The value of this paper lies in the analysis of the organizational support for Person-Organization fit,in order to improve the effective methods of organizing staff management and promoting organizational performance.At the same time,it also provides some references for similar enterprises.
