Over the past 30 years,great changes have taken place in China's economic growth engine,vigorous development of private enterprises has become a vital force to boost the growth of China's national economy and society,a driving force to push China's economic system reform due to its flexible operation mechanism and good market adaptability.It also has been playing a more and more important role to help lift the economic prosperity,extensively and continuously absorb mass of the employment,expanding exports and increase the fiscal revenue,promote innovation,enhance the vitality of the market and maintain social stability and improve the national life quality and so on various aspects.Firstly,on the background of the economic transformation in China and the frequent international economic crisis,this thesis points that China's private enterprises who are deep involved in the economic globalization,are faced with a more complex domestic and international economic environment.The competition has become fiercer.The advantageous factors private enterprise particular has in its early founded period has quickly faded and problems of private enterprise itself are also more and more prominent.To continue to maintain the momentum of rapid growth in the long term,private companies need to seize and create opportunities for the transformation and upgrading.Then,this thesis mainly investigates and analyses the transformation and development of Runxin Group,a typical small and medium-sized private enterprise which was founded in 2002,try to record and see through its development and progress in the level of business performance,operational mode,industrial upgrading,and strategic upgrade.Through this path,Runxin group has achieved continuous growth in operating results,the operation model transformation from the family to the modern enterprise management system,the introduction of strategic investment capital operation and the industrial chain to realize the operation of the group transformation.Besides,Runxin group also achieves a multi-faceted strategic layout upgrade which covers industrial fungicide series,food additive system,basic raw materials and key intermediate series,and the development trend of the future design.This thesis tries to find and refine the successful experience and failure lessons of success in transition,thus hoping to give private SMEs a certain transformation of the enlightenment.
