Application Research On Risk-oriented Auditing In Company X

In modern society,construction enterprises are facing with many internal and external risks,which making new requirements for the internal auditing of construction enterprises,and bringing new opportunities and challenges to internal auditing department.The institutional basis of internal auditing which is based on the analysis and evaluation of the internal control system has been unable to meet the needs of the company's internal auditing.On this background,the risk-based auditing came into being,and became a new internal auditing model in construction enterprises.This paper establishes a research report combining normative research and case studies,firstly the author study the theoretical basis of risk-based internal auditing.Secondly,taking the X company as an example,this paper shows the mode and process of the internal auditing in the company,and points out the problems existing in the internal auditing by introducing a construction auditing project.The fourth part demonstrates the necessity and possibility of risk-based internal auditing in X company,and building risk-oriented internal auditing model,and make this model used in a construction auditing project.In the last part of this paper,the author analyzes the obstacles of applying risk-based internal auditing in X company,and puts forward some suggestions for the application of risk-based internal auditing.In author's viewpoints,compared with system based internal auditing,the application of risk-based internal auditing in X company not only helps to promote the company's risk management,but also could promote the company's value added which is more meet contrustion enterprises' auditing need.The innovation of this paper lies in the application of risk-based internal auditing and risk assessment mechanism in a construction enterprise.For this company and other small construction enterprises that have not yet implemented risk-based internal auditing model,it has reference significance.
