| Along with the wide application of personal communications,mobile communications technology is upgrading all the time.In recent years,the constant innovation and development of China’s major telecom operators having brought challenge to China Mobile’s network technology development.In this situation,the construction of 4G network project will become an important task of mobile network upgrades,relating to build the core competitiveness of China Mobile in the future.China Mobile’s 4G network installation of wireless webmaster equipment project in Gansu province will be imperative.Therefore,to evaluate and to research the feasibility of the project has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the review of the literature of domestic and foreign research,author summarizes the relevant theory of feasibility study in this paper.Then the analysis of the business status of Gansu province from the business,network and existing problems aspects,concluding that the current development of data services still cannot meet the needs of customers,and showing the feasibility of project on the market.At the same time,the analysis and forecasting of 4G networks business requirements summaries up the business demand scale and configuration in the future,and provide the scientific reasons for the enterprise investment decision.Third,the total investment estimate of the project is 924.21 million yuan,including investment estimation for wireless webmaster equipment is 512.52 million yuan,taking up the 55.5%proportion of total investment.Author suggested that the project should be fund by the Chinese Mobile itself.Finally,to evaluate the project by calculating the net cash flow in dynamic perspective and earnings before interest and tax in static perspective.At the same time,sensitivity analysis,enterprises indirectly benefit analysis and economic impact analysis were carried out,concluding that the first phase of mobile network construction projects can bring huge indirect benefit of enterprise while little direct financial benefit.It has positive effects to the enterprise,industry and society and combines the interests of the nation with enterprise and industry.Therefore,the economic evaluation conclusion is that the first phase of China Mobile’s 4G network wireless webmaster equipment installation project in Gansu province is feasible. |
