Research On The Relationship Between The Collaborative Innovation And Innovation Performance Of Textile Enterprises Under The Participation Of Knowledge Partners

Under the new economic normal development environment,the textile industry is also a major change,the traditional business model had to rely on low cost can not adapt to the current development environment,the supply side reforms that effective supply will eventually return to the product itself,pay attention to product quality and innovation;the foreign environment is not optimistic,double play from the third world emerging economies and developed countries re industrialization ".Thus,in the new economic norm and innovation driven development strategy environment,textile enterprises to upgrade imminent.A large number of facts to prove that to improve the performance of innovation is an important way for enterprise transformation and upgrading.Collaborative innovation is an important measure to improve the performance of enterprise innovation,and the participation of knowledge partners can effectively promote the enterprise to carry out collaborative innovation activities.The actual situation and the textile and garment enterprises based on the above problems,this study based on the domestic related literature and constructs knowledge partners,collaborative innovation and innovation performance of the three conceptual model,and puts forward the corresponding hypothesis.On this basis,designed questionnaire to several provinces of China,descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression through the analysis of the collected 289 effective questionnaires,empirical analysis of the relationship between knowledge partners,collaborative innovation and innovation performance of the three.In this paper,the innovation points and conclusions can be summarized as follows:(1)The construction of knowledge partners,collaborative innovation and innovation performance of the three conceptual model of this study,put forward the"collaborative innovation has a positive impact on innovation performance,knowledge partners have a positive impact on innovation performance,knowledge(2)innovation and cooperative partners positively regulate the relationship between innovation performance" hypothesis,and through research the results of empirical analysis show that collaborative innovation has a significant positive impact on innovation performance,knowledge partners have a significant positive impact on innovation performance,knowledge and technology and market partners positively regulate collaborative innovation and innovation performance,technology and organization of collaborative innovation and innovation performance,technology with the system of collaborative innovation and innovation performance,technology and strategic synergy between innovation and innovation performance.(3)The research of collaborative innovation is expanded from the perspective of knowledge partner as adjusting variable,which provides a new way to improve the performance of innovation.The knowledge partner as moderator,proposed and verified knowledge partner to regulate collaborative innovation and innovation performance,explores the moderating effects of knowledge innovation and business performance in different cooperative partners,the final validation of the knowledge between the two partners in regulating effect.
