The development of the enterprise not only need to pay material incentive,at the same time also need to support with employee satisfaction.In the modern enterprise management,human resources to reduce costs,improve employee satisfaction,is one of the key factors of enterprise development,the higher the employee job satisfaction,the more can stimulate the staff's work enthusiasm,arouse the enthusiasm of staff and facilitate deeper mining employees' personal potential and create more economic benefits for the enterprise,employee satisfaction at the same time also can effectively reflect the enterprise in all sorts of problems existing in the management,and help enterprises to carry out problem diagnosis,enterprise managers can through to the employee's job satisfaction survey in a timely manner to understand the problems existing in enterprise management and actively to respond to these questions in order to reduce the enterprise operational risk.So,study how to improve the enterprise employee satisfaction is of great necessity.Based on one of the most influential food trade enterprises in Heilongjiang province of S company as the analysis object.S company in recent years,year after year to expand production scale,neglecting to develop and manage certain aspects of the company and make a small part of the employees produce negative psychology.This paper first analysis the whole situation of S company,focusing on the analysis of S company employee satisfaction with the status quo.After understanding of S company to employee satisfaction as the research object,makes every effort to find ways to employee satisfaction.Then,through interviews and questionnaire,on the company S internal employee satisfaction data analysis and research.The study found that S employees return to work,training system,the promotion mechanism of satisfaction is low.The work reward of remuneration,welfare benefits,incentive system,performance evaluation option satisfaction is low.Finally,combined with the actual situation of company S current and enhance company S staff satisfaction survey data from management measures include: establishing comprehensive compensation system,establish an effective performance evaluation system,and establish an effective promotion mechanism,improve the incentive mechanism to enhance employees' enthusiasm.
