Comprehensive Evaluation Of Financial Ecosystem Environment Of Listed Companies In Wuhan Donghu High-tech Zone

Scientific and technological innovation is an important force to promote a country and national progress.At present,China is in a critical period of industrial transformation.With the implementation of the "innovation-driven" and "one-way" strategy,the industrial clusters of the Yangtze River Economic Zone have developed rapidly.Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone actively seize the development opportunities,in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship,optimize the innovation environment has achieved good results,especially in the field of optical communications,in the country has a strong competitive advantage.Wuhan Donghu High-tech Zone listed companies as the backbone of the park,its financial environment related to the sustainable development of industrial parks.Although the government departments of high-tech enterprises in the financial,investment and financing,taxation and other aspects to give a lot of policy support,but there is still room for improvement.Listed companies also need to stand in the strategic height,pay attention to long-term financial planning for the smooth implementation of corporate strategy to provide financial support,so as to promote enterprises to make a scientific and strategic decision-making,so that enterprises in the industry competition come to the fore,the real realization of their own sound development.Therefore,it is a major problem to be solved in the process of the growth of modern enterprises to construct a harmonious financial environment system of listed companies that adapt to the strategic management requirements of enterprises.This paper first constructs the financial ecosystem model by referring to the theory of bionics,and expounds the connotation,ecological characteristics and evaluation methods of the financial ecosystem.Secondly,based on the theory of financial management,this paper analyzes the financial characteristics of the dynamic balance of the financial system of listed companies,and lay the foundation for the evaluation of financial ecological environment.Thirdly,the evaluation index system of Wuhan DonghuHigh-tech Zone listed companies is constructed from the external environment of the financial ecosystem and the internal environment,and the environmental quality evaluation is carried out by using the analytic hierarchy process and the comprehensive grading method respectively.The external ecological environment and the internal ecological construction of the existing problems,put forward to optimize the Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone financial ecosystem environment countermeasures.The innovation of this paper lies in the establishment of the financial ecosystem system model of listed companies on the basis of the bionic system theory,not only studies the characteristics of financial ecosystem from the ecological point of view,but also studies the financial ecosystem dynamics of listed companies from the financial perspective.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the financial ecosystem of Wuhan Donghu High-tech Zone from the external environment and the internal environment,and deeply studies the existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures.
