With the continuous development of economic,the level of urbanization in China has been improved unprecedentedly.How to deal with the relationship between old industrial area and urban development in this process is a test of city management.In the last 30 years of development practice,we gradually realize,the problems of traditional renovation mode.We hope to find the way to adapt to the new urban development concept.As a special urban space,the old industrial area is endowed with too much historical precipitation and cultural memory.It also has a lot of potential value.The renovation and reuse of old industrial area will be the conflict focus of the result of diversified demand.It not only determines the decision-making power and voice of the participating parties,but also determines the allocation of benefits and the efficiency.The most important thing is that it determines the success or failure of a project that focuses on different prioritiesIn this paper,the development process of renovation and reuse of old industrial area is reviewed at first.Then the relevant theories and research status are introduced.All these provide a theoretical foundation for further analysis of the model and path of the renovation and reuse of old industrial area.Through comparative analysis of different renovation modes and realization paths,the paper summarizes the applicable scope of different renovation modes and the way different interest groups participate in the renovation.Based on the analysis of the reconstruction case of a waste plant in yizhuang,the research contents of the reform mode and the implementation path are verified from the practical perspective.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategy of solving the problem and forecasted the trend of renovation and reuse of old industrial area in the future.
