Research On The Application Of PPP Financing Mode In Infrastructure Construction

With the growth of the national economy,the demand for infrastructure construction is also increasing.At present,China is in an important stage of urbanization development,speeding up infrastructure construction is a top priority.The traditional mode of infrastructure construction and management has been unable to meet the needs of the new form of economic system and the development of urbanization.The application of PPP mode in infrastructure construction not only adapts to the market economy and modernization process,but also benefits the introduction of advanced management technology of private capital and improves the efficiency of project supply.In recent years the Chinese government to encourage and attract social capital to participate in the provision of public goods and services,city infrastructure construction,have issued a number of policies,and the gradual implementation of the reform,provide an institutional guarantee for the application of PPP model in infrastructure construction in china.But the PPP model also has some risks,not all infrastructure projects are suitable for the use of PPP model,we should rationally choose.This article from the PPP model theory,using the literature research method,empirical analysis method,inductive analysis and other research methods of qualitative and quantitative method,and analyzed the PPP financing model definition,nature,classification,basic features and functions,and then the necessity,feasibility and significance of the application of PPP in China’s mode the thorough analysis,and then carried out a detailed study on the key factors of the successful application of PPP model,and combined with case analysis,and points out that the application of PPP in China still exist deficiencies,finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the application of PPP model.
