| During the 20 years rapid development since the opening and reform,the manufacturers leasing business has been gradually expanded from the initial development to a certain extent,promoted the development of the manufacturing industry,and plays a positive role on manufacturing industry’s transformation.Domestic research on leasing is very few for the leasing company,and the research topics of leasing are mostly focus on lessee’s finance,while do not discuss the lessor.The operating environment of China leasing industry is gradually improving,and China market is expanding with the development of the manufacturing industry.However,there are some exist problems in the internal and external environment.Basing on this background,it is important to study the profit model of leasing companies,which is able to promote the sustainable development ability of manufacturers leasing companies,and provide other leasing companies an available studies for consultation.This thesis takes FS Leasing limited as an example to study.FS Leasing limited.is one of the China leasing company of IT manufacturers that was set up earliest.After 20 years operation in China,it has been marketing leader,so FS Leasing Limited’s profit model and business operation development also acts the typical characteristics.This paper researches FS Leasing Limited’s current situation and operation issues of profit model basing on the finance theory and management theory;analyzes the external business environment by the analysis model of PEST external macro environment;discuss the internal business environment by the model of Potter Five.Finally we design the improvement solution of FS Leasing Limited.’s profit model,verify the feasibility with relating theories,and propose the suggestions to execute the improvement solution.The innovation of this paper is as follows: firstly,the topic is novel.With IT manufacturers background,FS Leasing Limited.has not only the common characteristics of leasing company,but also the special characteristics in operation management.The research subject is relatively new in the domestic research.Secondly the research visualangle is new idea.Most exist research is discussed the lessee’s operation management,while this thesis research the lessor’s profit model.Finally the paper takes a true company to do study,rises up the improvement solution protection of implement.The research will provide reference for other similar companies. |
