Study On Quality Control Method Of Enterprise Funded Research Projects In Research Teams In H Research Institute

As in the knowledge economics age,there are more and more enterprises requiring the projects funded by them and perform in the research institutions to follow the quality management with the standardization of GB/T 19001-2008 / ISO 9001:2008 and GJB 9001B-2009.Thus,the research teams in H research institution would radicalize adopt the quality management system for the enterprise to meet the requirement.However,this kind of quality management system is not suitable for research project,as the strict standard would limit the freedom of the research,and this is violating the life cycle rule of a research project.To meet the requirements of the enterprise customers,improve the management of the research team,strengthen the quality insurance,lower the unpredictability of the research project and reduce the research and development risk,this thesis used methods like questionnaires and fishbone diagrams to analyze the five key elements in management including people,machine,material,method and environment in the research projects performed in H research institution and funded by enterprises.Thus,this kind of the quality management would become formalistic in the research team and lower the level of enthusiasm for people to evolve since the quality control system in the enterprise is for assuring the quality of the final product,and the key point is the standard control for the whole process,which only applies to the production projects.This thesis has created a quality control method that suitable for research projects funded by enterprises based on the standards of GB/T 19001-2008 / ISO 9001:2008 and GJB 9001B-2009,the eight principles for quality management,used the process based on PDCA cycle,analyzed and summarized the proposal,performing and confirmation(and delivery)of the research project and monitored the purchase control,records and documentation control.The research team in H institution has applied the quality control method proposed in this thesis to research project funded by enterprise,and the feedback from the questionnaire on the satisfactory of the customers has shown the quality management method in this thesis is effective.This quality control method aligns with the research and development rules and meet the requirements of GB/T 19001 and GJB 9001B-2009 standards.
