With the development of economic globalization,China's economic and cultural development has been developmentrapidly,business competition is becoming increasingly fierce.As a national basic economy industry,logistics industry attracts more and more attention,but compared with developed countries,China's efficiency of logistics industry is low.The optimization of transport routes is an important part of reducing the cost of logistics and transport,in recent years,With the professional and low-cost advantages,the third party logistics enterprises development rapidly.to reducing the cost of transportation,more and more enterprises outsources the logistics module to third-party logistics companies.In view ofthe needsof third-party logistics services in the new situation,taking into account some of the large-scale enterprise logistics module are confidentiality,and if we outsource all module to the third-party logistics companies,it will be a great waste of resources,therefore,this paper put forward a third-logistics service pricing under the hybrid vehicle routing problem,the companies can outsource part of the logistics module to the third-party logistics company.Based on the impact of thepricing of thethird-party logistics,through self-employed and third-party vehicles closed and open hybrid transport this efficient collaborative model to meet the service requirements.From the overall logistics system to optimize the integration of resources,andon the basis of meeting customers' satisfaction,it will reduce transportation costs,so as to effectively improve the logistics business market competitiveness,so it has a strong theoretical significance and high practical value.This paper introduces the research of vehicle routing problem firstly,and analyzes the related theory and solving algorithm of vehicle routing problem in detail.Secondly,the relevant theories of the bilevel programming model to be established are reviewed.Thirdly,the bilevel programming model considering the mixed vehicle routing problem of third party logistics service pricing is.Briefly introduced the principle of greedy algorithm,and analyzedthe important parameters involved in the algorithm.Using the greedy algorithm to designed a corresponding bilevel programming model.Finally,usethe mathematical model and the designed greedy algorithm to solve the examples.The results are compared with the results obtained by the decomposition method,and the validity of the proposed model and algorithm is verified.
