China's aging population is becoming more and more serious, and China's labor force structure has been and is still undergoing major changes.Economic growth and social stability are the two strategic objectives of our country. If the labor force participation rate and labor productivity change drastically, whether it is significant growth or decline, the realization of these two strategic objectives will be greatly affected. Therefore,an important topic before us is how to analyze the impact of changes in labor structure on economic growth and to find right measures. In order to decompose the structural factors hidden in the labor force, this paper decomposes GDP into the product of labor productivity, labor participation rate, employment rateand labor age population by Factor-separating method, and then uses the actual statistical data to calculatethe contribution of all kinds of factors to economic growth, labor participation rate, employment rate and working age population and other labor force factors on economic growth. In order to improve the analysis effect, the decomposition formula is improved on the basis of the basic decomposition formula by means of gender, region and other auxiliary methods. Then, through the data to calculate the contribution rate of each auxiliary decomposition factor to economic development, and the substitution effect between each other, according to the analysis of labor participation rate and the change of employment rate and constraints, and finally getright measures. If only based on the impact of labor force to economic growth, and ignore the many other factors, must not reflect the whole picture of China's economic growth. So there needs to introduce the decomposition of the structure of labor force factor, and then study its impact on China's economic growth with other kinds of influencing factors.Given the many influence factors, and there is a close relationship between each other,so there is a linear problem due to information overlapping. For that reason, this paper combines China's economic situation, the impact of China's economic growth factors is divided into system, capital, labor, transformation of economic structure and so on four dimension, and elaborated to 11 support points and 20 representative indicators. Then, hierarchical stepwise regression method is used to select the optimal index from the decomposed labor structure and other factors that affect the economic growth according to imitative effect and determine the final model. And further use the measurement model to examine the impact of various factors on economic growth. The impact of factors on the economic contribution, and based on this horizontal and vertical comparison. There are two possible innovations in this article. On the one hand, there are literature in this field, the decomposition of the structural factors of the labor force is not enough, more importantly, the use of structural factors of labor decomposition of economic growth in-depth study. This paper breaks down the labor factors that affect economic growth.Specifically, the GDP is decomposed into the product of labor productivity, labor participation rate, employment rate and working-aged population, and the basic decomposition formula based on the use of gender, regional, age, industry, education and other means of assistance in-depth decomposition. On the other hand, this paper divides the results of structural decomposition of labor force into the measurement model, and draws out the explanatory variables by using the hierarchical stepwise regression method proposed by Hao Feng(2014)and sets the model form.On the basis of this, the whole study period is divided into two sub-periods according to the variation trend of the variables,so as to better reveal the change of the stage behind it and give more specific countermeasures and suggestions.
