The Influence Of Human Capital On Regional Innovation Research

Infrastructure development level is not only represents the level of the residents’ living environment,but also represents our country economy development level.Regional innovation is the main driving force of the development of the regional economy.Innovation ability of high and low has decided the national status in international society,innovation is the major criteria for judging a country’s economic development level.In promoting the development of innovation factors,human capital is one of important factor.Its role in human capital under the influence of many external factors,and the infrastructure is one of many factors.Good infrastructure to better play to the role of human capital.Therefore,the development of infrastructure indirectly promote the development of innovation.Infrastructure in our country the overall development level is improving,but there exists significant difference between the area,especially in the western region in China infrastructure constrains the development of human capital in the area between the circulation,which hindered the development of regional innovation.Therefore,under the condition of market economy,we must accelerate the pace of infrastructure.In view of the problems at the present stage in China,this article from the perspective of infrastructure,the innovation spillover effect of human capital,selected provinces in 2004-2014 data,using threshold model,validation under the condition of different infrastructure,human capital’s influence on the innovation of the threshold effect.The major research content of this article are:first,human capital,this paper generalizes the infrastructure and the regional innovation theory,and analyzes the relationship between them,providing theoretical basis for this article research hypothesis.Second,this paper puts forward the research assumption that human capital’s influence on the regional innovation rely mainly on the level of the infrastructure construction of various areas,this article will transport infrastructure,communications facilities and energy infrastructure as a whole to analyze the influence of human capital on regional innovation effect.Third,Hansen,this paper puts forward the panel threshold regression model,test under the condition of infrastructure,human capital,the nonlinear relation of every interval of innovation.The main conclusions of this study are divided into two parts.First,the effect of human capital on regional innovation has a threshold effect.Infrastructure conditions of poor areas in our country,the role of human capital on regional innovation is not significant,but when the infrastructure development level gradually over the corresponding threshold value,human capital development level significantly promoted the regional innovation ability of ascension,and with the further increase of infrastructure level,promote the effect is more obvious.Second,although,overall level of China’s infrastructure is constantly improve,but the development of the eastern,central and western regions in our country level has obvious uneven phenomenon,according to the endogenous threshold model in infrastructure analysis found that the east is obviously the gap between the central and western regions,and backward infrastructure development level in the western region for human capital spillover effect obvious constraints,thus further widening the east,the difference between the western region development.Infrastructure development is a significant constraint on regional economic growth,so we should invest more in infrastructure.
