Study On The Construction And Management Of Small Irrigation And Water Conservancy Facilities In Ningyang County

Water conservancy facilities,especially small-scale irrigation and water conservancy facilities are closely related to the production activities of farmers,but also the most frequent form of material for farmers to participate in the construction and management.Therefore,the construction and management of small-scale irrigation and water conservancy facilities naturally entered into our research fields.In recent years,governments at all levels have increased the emphasis on them,the corresponding preferential policies introduced gradually,remediation efforts continue to increase,the financial funds more timely;in the farmer level,more and more farmers to participate in small water conservancy facilities and increasing awareness all these factors make it have achieved good results.However,seeing the achievements,we should also aware that in the vast rural areas,small irrigation and water conservancy facilities have a considerable part of inefficient operation,maintenance is not timely,management is not standardized,stop the operation of a serious problem.This paper is based on the construction of small water conservancy facilities and management in Shandong province city of Tai'an Ningyang County as the research object,and carries on the questionnaire survey of a representative of the farmers under the jurisdiction of Heshan Town,this is the starting point of the construction and management of small water conservancy facilities in Ningyang County.Combining the actual situation of the local Ningyang County,exploring and perfecting methods of small water conservancy infrastructure construction and management,to really make the small irrigation and water conservancy facilities play a key role in agriculture,to help farmers to enhance agricultural ability to resist natural disasters,improve the yield of crops,and promote the development of agriculture and the increase of farmers' income,and promote the economic development of rural areas.
