There is no doubt that the trust industry is the fastest growing financial sector in the last decade.So far,the size of the trust industry has been ranked second in the financial sector,only after the banking sector.The pace of development of the trust can be imagined.At the same time,in recent years,domestic consumer groups and consumer ideas are undergoing tremendous changes,Tourism and business accommodation attract more and more people,The number of tourists and travel accommodation and business travel income are increasing rapidly.Property-style hotel which is accommodated in tourist and business accommodationsproducts is gradually began to emerge.On the one hand,trust products are facing a transformation,on the other hand,whether the investment funding gap of tourism and hotel is widening year by year.In this case,property-based hotel trust products came into being.This article starts from the current limitations and possibilities of the trust products,the status and innovation of property rights hotels.Focus on finding trust and property hotel junctions,exploring and designing a fusion trust product.The paper combines the concept of trust products and property-based hotels,integrating the theoretical knowledge of finance and hotel industry,it has done a combination of theory and practice.In practice,through the previous theoretical analysis,combined with the former research situation,learn from the relevant operating experience of the industry,consider the current market conditions,consumption habits and other practical problems,to design a product in which the hotel operations and investor rights and interests can achieve a win-win situation.The logic of the paper is:first,start with the current situation,dilemma,and the feasibility to integrate with property hotel trust products,analyze either the product itself or the significance of integrating trust products with property hotel in the industry background.Then,based on the current market analysis,essence and design cycle of trust products,dissect potential market space,identify target customers,design precisely positioned property hotel trust products,and create corresponding promotion plan.The author expected to apply what she's learned and project them onto the industry development,through the exploration of combining theories with real-life practices,to contribute to relevant investments and operations,and lead-in to more thoughts and analyses in the addressed research area.
