ZHS Agricultural Company's Technical Innovation Program Design

ZHS Agricultural Company is a group of vegetable production and sales of agricultural enterprises.ZHS agricultural company due to the low quality of staff caused by low efficiency of vegetable harvest production,resulting in low efficiency of staff production,the quality of work cannot meet the requirements of the company caused serious losses on the company's long-term development seriously negative,it is necessary to design a solution to the Problem with new tools.The author named the new harvester ZHS-1 harvester,provided the main parameters of the new product,and expected the use of new harvesters,for the development of this harvester laid the theoretical basis.This paper analyzes the technical innovation scheme design of ZHS agricultural company by means of literature research method,field interview method and empirical analysis and normative analysis.(1)ZHS agricultural company has a young,low education,rich work experience,and loyal staff team,to better accept new technologies,new tools.But ZHS agricultural companies in a long time to rely on artificial harvesting vegetables,not only inefficient and poor quality of work,seriously damage the company's economic efficiency.Research and development,the use of new harvesters will achieve a variety of vegetables received,loaded the whole mechanization,not only save manpower,but also reduce costs for enterprises to bring huge economic benefits.(2)The author designed several ZHS-1 harvesters research program to enhance the technological innovation of ZHS agricultural company,and made a detailed analysis of these schemes from product quality,time required,economic cost and patent right Comparative evaluation,from which the selection of the most consistent with the company's actual development program.(3)In order to ensure the implementation of technological innovation program,the author puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from the four aspects of system,organization,fund and culture.After the success of the product development,the product will be the first application in the ZHS agricultural companies,and then timely promotion to Henan and even the country similar enterprises,ZHS agricultural companies can be based on the patent of the product,the production of new products to meet the needs of other enterprises.This will not only enhance the production efficiency of ZHS agricultural companies and staff income,but also to promote the development of enterprises in the same industry,have a huge economy and social benefits.
