A Comparative Study On The Corporate Social Responsibility Of China And Korea

In recent years,corporate social responsibility research has attracted the attention of scholars,formed a variety of different theories and views.Some scholars from the perspective of law,corporate social responsibility connotation,has carried on the detailed discussion of rationality;While economic scholars from the perspective of economics,the legitimacy of corporate social responsibility,corporate responsibility and stakeholders,corporate responsibility and sustainable development,corporate responsibility and corporate governance,and so on are analyzed.However,the fundamental standpoint of existing corporate social responsibility is the enterprise itself,social constraints of corporate social responsibility is not enough.Corporate social responsibility hiatus phenomenon seems to be the embodiment of the business enterprise principle of management,is the result of the part of entrepreneurs' moral decay,low consciousness,but business is run in a certain social environment,the behavior must be in the optimal choice under the restriction of the external environment,change enterprise behavior of the fundamental way is to change the behavior of enterprises external constraints.In fact,the phenomenon of lack of corporate social responsibility is more important social root lies in the lack of the external institutional constraints,the absence of government management;Tax evasion is the root cause of the government supervision co.,LTD.;Violate the interests of the employees and consumers basic reason lies in the labor and consumer protection system and so on.This paper focuses on the representative enterprises in China and South Korea samsung and lenovo enterprise analysis,the cases of comparison of corporate social responsibility to China and South Korea,and the influence factors;Secondly,on the role of government in corporate social responsibility is analyzed,analyses the relation between the government and the enterprise bear the social responsibility,promote the enterprise bear the social responsibility for the government to provide a theoretical foundation,explore the future of corporate social responsibility.
