ZB Company Employee Incentive Mechanism Research

The state-owned enterprises of Chinahave entered a comprehensive deepening stage.In particular,we will improve the modernenterprise system,standardize the decision-making mechanism of state-owned enterprises,realize the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets,and increase the vitality of enterprises as the central task of this reform stage.The Civil Aviation Administration of China has issued the opinions of further deepening civil aviation reform in response to the call of the country,and focus on how to strengthen vitality,how to render the power to enterprises,how to improve the manage of enterprises and how to design the distribution system and other work for deployment.The integrated use of literature,case studies,comparative analysis and other research methods,with systematic point of view of ZB company employees incentive is studied.Comb first summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant incentive theory,has been clear about the related concepts of motivation and incentive mechanism,this paper expounds the incentive problems related to Chinese state-owned enterprises;Second,this paper introduces the basic situation of the ZB company,USES the SWOT analysis method to analyze the company's opportunities and challenges,advantages and disadvantages,points out that the company's existing problems and the incentive mechanism of the root causes of these problems.Again,from the sound performance management system,the sequence staff promotion channels,enriching the content of employee training to build a set of perfect modern enterprise system,set up an enterprise as a legal person governance structure as the basis,a variety of incentives in parallel,optimization of practical operability strong incentives;Finally,from the first-line,middle,and top three aspects put forward the security staff incentive mechanism optimization scheme of supporting measures.As a direct state-owned enterprise of the northwest bureau of civil aviation,ZB company has an important complement and reference for the whole system to realize "transfer mode and structure".
