Research On The Affordable Housing Audit

Affordable housing project is to protect and improve people's livelihood,to maintain social equity,build a harmonious society,with the use of relevant policies for urban low-income families to solve housing problems.After ten years of construction and development,affordable housing project has achieved significant results.Last year,the coverage has reached 20%,greatly improving the housing conditions of low-income people in China.Affordable housing project is in the rapid progress,at the same time,the whole construction process also presents a lot of problems.After the years of auditing and supervision,the protection of the housing project funds in the raising,management and use of fraud,false reporting,misappropriation and other illegal acts of law have been effectively controlled,but the quality of the project,policy implementation and distribution of the various problems,and Society is highly concerned about the issue of engineering performance,had to be put on the agenda.The occurrence of these problems not only reflects the project in China has still many shortcomings and loopholes,but also reflects the supervision of the project is not enough.Audit supervision of the project can be an objective evaluation of the project,taking into account the impact of the project on the future.In the long term,the audit of affordable housing project,as a pilot project of government audit,can be developed by the theoretical framework to develop other government audit projects.The supervision of auditing has been strengthened,and it is a powerful driving force for the government to improve its service capacity,quality,efficiency.This paper summarizes the common problems of various local projects in China and puts forward the necessity of guaranteeing the audit of housing projects.At the same time,it studies the present state of the audit of housing projects in China.And then build a framework to ensure the performance of the audit.Then,the framework of the construction is applied to the auditing of the affordable housing project in Y city.At last,the problems existing in the auditing of the affordable housing project in Y City and the countermeasures are put forward.
