Research On Follow-up Auditing Problem Of Affordable Housing Progects

In order to solve the housing problems of low-income groups,the government had issued a series of housing security policies,affordable housing projects came into being.The implementation of affordable housing projects for many years,in order to improve the housing environment of low-income people,improve people's lives and well-being made an important contribution.The implementation of affordable housing projects had made an important contribution to improve the housing environment of the low-income population and to improve people's well-being.In order to promote the healthy development of affordable housing projects,the government had adopted a variety of supervision measures,and the affordable housing projects audit was one of the important supervision measures.However,with the continuous development of affordable housing projects,the traditional post audit had not been able to meet the needs of the audit work,the whole process of follow-up auditing was getting more and more attention.It is of great significance to carry out the research on the follow-up auditing of affordable housing projects.It can promote the healthy development of affordable housing projects,it can play the "immune system" function better,and it can play the role of audit supervision of the relevant departments.Based on the study of the basic concepts,the system and the importance of follow-up auditing of affordable housing projects,this paper analyzes the implementation framework of the follow-up auditing of affordable housing projects,including the objectives,the key points and the methods of follow-up auditing of affordable housing projects.Subsequently,this paper analyzes the current situation of affordable housing projects from the following three aspects.It contains the efficiency of capital utilization of affordable housing projects,the construction of affordable housing projects,the scientific nature of security housings management and the distribution of security housings,and the supporting policy of affordable housing projects.The paper analyzes the existing problems in the follow-up auditing of affordable housing projects through the case of Y province to carry out the follow-up auditing of affordable housing projects.It contains the following five aspects: the follow-up auditing performance of affordable housing projects needs to be improved,the ways and means of follow-up auditing still need further innovation,the rationality of audit resource allocation needs to be improved,the overall levels of the Auditors need to improve.Finally,according to the existing problems,this paper puts forward some counter measures and suggestions to improve the quality of the follow-up auditing of affordable housing projects.The counter measures are given as follows:to promote the follow-up auditing of affordable housing projects,to intensify the implementation of follow-up auditing results of affordable housing projects,to innovate the method of affordable housing projects follow-up auditing,to distribute the audit resources reasonablly and take over the key points of auditing,and to lift the professionalism of auditors.
