In 21st century,the competition between enterprises is no longer the competition between one individual enterprise and another.It focuses on the competion between theirown supply chains.In order to make the whole supply chain optimized,more benefit obtained and more value-added achieved,the core enterprise must guarantee its supply chain is stable and efficient.Suppliers locate on the upstream of whole supply chain and their quality control,innovation ability,supply capacity and cost control affect the performance of whole supply chain directly.How to manage suppliers will affect the comprehensive ability of supply chain.Therefore,supplier's management plays a very important role in the constructon of supply chain.Combining theory research and case analysis,this paper adopts the basic thinking mode of "raising problem-analyzing problem-solving problem" to elaborate the optimization of the supplier management of CSR Zhuzhou Electric Co.,LTD.Firstly,this paper makes introdution of supply chain,supply chain management,supplier management under supply chain environment,such as concept,content and development history.This is the theoretical foundation of entire article;Secondly,this paper states the study status of supplier management and analyzes the current situation and problems of supplier management in CSR Zhuzhou Electric Co.,LTD.On this basis,this article optimizes and designs a systemic supplier management plan"rating classification ? assessment and selection? performance management ?optimization and integration".Rating classification can ascertain the compatibility between procurement and suppliers team,formulate appropriate management strategies.Supplier evaluation and selection could eliminate the inferior and selecte better suppliers.At the same time,it can clear the direction of support and training.Supplier performance management optimization can identify supply chain performance and risk points and make out risk detente strategy.Through classification,evaluation and selection and full implementation of performance management,we can select excellent strategic suppliers,establish strategic cooperative relationship with them,realize technology and resource integration to enhance the strength and overall competitiveness of company's supplier platform.Also,this paper introduces the measures of supplier management optimization plan briefly.Using CSR Zhuzhou Electric Co.,LTD.as an example and combining theory and practice,this paper aims to provide practical reference of supplier management with clear-cut industry characteristics to other enterprises.
