Supply chain refers to the connection of related parties or the convergence of services before the goods reach the consumers.Due to the constraints of various factors such as production capacity and user's individual requirements,various manufacturers must establish a cooperative manufacturing relationship and form a closer supply chain network to improve the production efficiency.However,the complexity of supply chain will lead to the occurrence of various uncertainties in the process,which will affect the stability of the company's operations.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to optimize collaborative supply chain network scheduling for uncertain events.The main content of paper includes two parts: improved Benders algorithm for accurately solving multiple collaborative supply chain network scheduling problem and the optimization of collaborative supply chain network scheduling considering the merger production decision under the random order interference.The paper first describes the research background,significance of supply chain management,research status at home and abroad,introduces the theories and algorithms involved in the content,and then makes corresponding research on different content.In the first part,we design several supply chain networks with interactive features,a 0-1 mixed-integer programming model with the minimum total completion time as the objective function is established,and apply the improved Benders algorithm to solve,the efficiency of the improved algorithm is analyzed based on simulation results at last;The second part of the content is based on multiple collaborative supply chain networks considering similar orders for merger production decisions,we designed the probability of arrival of random orders at discrete time points in the time interval,the main decision model is established based on the cost difference of different production scheduling strategies with or without considering random orders in advance,and by adjusting part of production data to produce multiple sets of examples for comparison.The simulation results show that the merger production decision brings cost-benefit of production and delays the delivery of partial orders,the change of production data will also affect the result of comprehensive scheduling decision.
